2 bathrooms of my single-family home here in California and need a licensed California structural engineer to prepare the STRUCTURAL plans required for permitting. The architectural layout is already defined; what I’m missing are the structural calculations and stamped drawings that show any necessary framing changes, beam sizing, header adjustments, and reinforcement details triggered by the remodel.
Because the work must satisfy California residential codes and pass local plan check, I’ll rely on you to:
• create a complete structural drawing set (PDF + CAD) that reflects the bathroom changes
• include all supporting calculations, clearly referenced to the drawings
• provide a final stamped version ready for city submission
Experience with California building code, seismic requirements, and typical wood-frame construction is essential. If you’ve recently handled similar single-family remodels, especially kitchens or baths, I’d love to review examples.
