I need an experienced personal-injury case manager who already knows the California system inside and out. On my active files you will be the main point of contact once the retainer is signed, making sure every client feels heard and every record is in place the moment I ask for it.
The core of the role is twofold:
• Client communication – you’ll schedule and deliver regular updates, handle follow-up calls, and keep notes that let me see a client’s status at a glance.
• Medical coordination – request and track medical records, speak directly with providers, and guide clients through the treatment timeline.
Because you have hands-on experience managing medical treatment in PI matters, I can trust you to spot gaps in care, chase billing ledgers, and flag disputes early. If you have previously taken charge of intake or assisted in the legal process, all the better, but the immediate need is for someone who can jump straight into ongoing cases and keep them moving.
I work almost entirely in California, so familiarity with state-specific lien procedures, typical provider turnaround times, and local terminology is essential. Deliverables are straightforward: up-to-date client status logs, complete medical record packets, and prompt responses to any client inquiry.
If this sounds like your daily routine already, let’s talk and get you onboarded to the file list.
