CA/Auditor for Statutory Audit & ROC Compliance

I am looking for a qualified CA / Auditor to complete the statutory audit and ROC compliance for my Private Limited Company for FY 2025-26 (second financial year after incorporation). Must be a practicing Chartered Accountant (CA) or a firm of Chartered Accountants holding a valid Certificate of Practice from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)

Current Status
All company expenses have already been recorded/imported in Zoho Books, with supporting invoices.
Bank transactions for the financial year are fewer than 40.
GST returns have been filed periodically.
Required supporting documents and records can be provided.
Scope of Work
Finalisation and audit of FY 2025-26 books of accounts, including preparation and sign-off of the company's Financial Statements and Auditor's Report.
Preparation and filing of the required ROC/MCA annual compliance, including:
Financial Statements
Auditor's Report
AOC-4
MGT-7A
Any other mandatory filing applicable for FY 2025-26, if required.

I am looking for someone who can handle the complete process from finalisation/audit of the books through successful MCA filing.

Payment

The final payment will be released after confirmation that the applicable ROC filings have been successfully submitted on the MCA portal and the relevant filing acknowledgements/SRNs are available.
