Business Travel Mobile Booking UI

I need a clean, conversion-focused UI/UX for a mobile-first web app that helps business travelers book flights quickly from their phones. The entire flow—from landing screen through seat selection and payment—should feel frictionless for people who are usually on the move and value speed and clarity over leisure-oriented visuals.

Scope
• Map the complete booking journey for flights only (hotels and car rentals may be added later, so keep components extensible).
• Deliver low-fidelity wireframes for rapid alignment, then high-fidelity screens and an interactive Figma prototype ready for hand-off.
• Create a lightweight design system (colors, type, buttons, cards, form elements) so future modules slot in seamlessly.

Acceptance criteria
• All primary actions are reachable with one-hand use on a phone.
• Search-to-checkout takes no more than five screens.
• Form fields auto-adapt to stored traveler profiles and corporate policies.
• Prototype passes a quick hallway test with at least five target users showing no navigation confusion.

Please factor in common airline APIs and responsive grids so the same assets can stretch to tablet and desktop later. If you have recent experience designing travel or fintech apps, that will help us move faster.
