I need a skilled documentary-style videographer to capture an authentic “day-in-the-life” portrait of my company. The finished piece should clearly show how the business works from the inside so viewers understand our processes, people, and culture.
The shoot will focus on a business or brand story—specifically, demonstrating operations rather than pushing a sales message. Expect plenty of candid, real-time footage: behind-the-scenes workflow, team collaboration, and key operational steps. On-camera interviews with team members may be necessary to help narrate the workflow and add human context.
Deliverables
• A polished documentary video (around 3–5 minutes) edited for web and social use
• Clean color grade, tasteful lower-thirds, and royalty-free music bed
• One short teaser (≤30 sec) for social promotion
• All raw footage handed over on completion
I’ll provide access, scheduling, and background information so filming runs smoothly. Bring your preferred cinema camera setup—4K capability, gimbal, lapel mics, and basic lighting will be sufficient. Editing can be done in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve; feel free to use the platform you’re fastest with, as long as the final files arrive in universally playable formats (MP4, H.264).
Please include a link to at least one previous business-focused documentary piece in your response and outline your estimated timeframe from shoot to final cut.
