Business Portrait Photoshoot

I need a fresh set of portraits that feel professional enough for LinkedIn, our website, and printed promotional pieces, yet still approachable. The session should cover individual head-and-shoulder shots, a small team photo, plus a few wider images our marketing folks can crop for ads or brochures.
The mood I’m after is clean and business-focused; think subtle studio lighting or a simple office backdrop rather than anything overly stylised. I’m open to candid moments between poses if that helps everyone relax, but the final edits must remain consistent in tone and colour so they sit well side-by-side online.
Essentials I expect back:
• 5+ fully edited individual headshots (high-res JPEG & web-ready PNG)
• 1-2 team images, lightly retouched, same formats
• A handful of wider promotional shots with negative space for text overlays
• Basic colour correction, blemish removal, and balanced lighting on every final file
• Transfer of usage rights for print and digital marketing
You’ll need to bring a camera body that handles low-noise at moderate ISO, a portrait lens in the 50-85 mm range, and a small lighting kit (strobe or continuous) with softbox or umbrella. I’ll book a meeting room with neutral walls; power outlets are available.
Once the shoot wraps, a watermarked proof gallery within three days keeps us moving; finals can follow within a week of selections. If this fits your style and you’re keen to build a business-focused portfolio, let’s talk dates.
