Business Growth IT Strategy

My company is ready to scale, but before we invest in new hardware, cloud services, or software subscriptions I need a clear, vendor-neutral IT roadmap that supports both our projected head-count increase and the new digital products we plan to roll out over the next two years.

Here’s what I’m expecting from this engagement:
• A concise audit of our current infrastructure, workflows, and security posture (remote interviews and light documentation review are fine).
• A future-state architecture diagram that shows how network, cloud, on-prem, and SaaS components will fit together.
• A phased implementation plan with priorities, timelines, and high-level cost estimates so I can align budgeting and hiring.
• Technology recommendations that stay flexible—point me to options, not locked-in brands.

You’ll present the findings in a slide deck and a short written briefing I can share with leadership. If additional workshops are useful, we can agree on them as add-ons.
