Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a corporate or technology-driven environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in requirements management tools and techniques (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio).
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and with remote stakeholders.
Knowledge of industry-specific software or tools relevant to the business domain.
