Bulk Survey Data Entry

I need a detail-oriented specialist to input well over 500 survey responses into Microsoft Excel. I’ll supply a template with predefined columns; your job is to transfer each response exactly as captured, keep the formatting consistent, flag obvious inconsistencies, and leave any clarification notes in a separate column I’ve added for comments.

Accuracy is critical, so before hand-off I’ll run spot checks—please target at least 98 % error-free records. The finished deliverable is the completed .xlsx file returned to me, ready for analysis, plus a brief log of any issues you encountered while entering the data.
