I need more than two-hundred online registration forms completed with accurate personal information. I will supply the raw data in a spreadsheet; your task is to transfer each record into the corresponding web form exactly as provided, double-checking spelling, dates, and contact details before submission.

Speed is important, but precision and confidentiality come first because these entries contain names, phone numbers, and email addresses that must be handled securely. A short test batch will be assigned first so we can confirm formatting and workflow; once approved, you will proceed with the remaining forms and keep me updated on progress at agreed checkpoints.

Deliverables
