Bulk Plain Text Transfer

I have a batch of source files already saved as plain-text (.txt). Each of them needs to be copied exactly, then pasted into new plain-text files that follow a naming convention I will provide. No reformatting, spelling checks, or layout changes are required—the emphasis is on speed and 100 % accuracy.

You may use any text editor you prefer (Notepad, Sublime, VS Code, or similar). When the work is finished, return the new set of .txt files inside a single zipped folder so I can drop them straight into our repository.

Deliverables
• One destination .txt file for every source file, containing an exact character-by-character copy of the original content
• File names that match my naming template
• A single compressed archive (.zip) with all completed files

Acceptance criteria
• Every file opens without encoding warnings (UTF-8)
• Word and line counts match the originals
• No additional or missing characters, spaces, or line breaks

The task is straightforward and ready to start as soon as you confirm.
