Bulk PDF to Word Conversion

I am digitising a large collection of PDF text documents and need every file recreated as an editable .docx while preserving its original look. None of the files contain confidential material, so you may work on them without additional security measures. Roughly a third of the batch includes extra elements—tables, multi-column layouts, or the occasional graphic—so close attention to page structure is essential for those.

My expectation is straightforward: each PDF should open in Word with the same pagination, headings, and text flow I see in the source. For the simpler files, a clean copy-and-paste or export is usually enough; for the more complex ones, you may need to adjust column breaks, rebuild tables, or fine-tune spacing. Standard tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, or any reliable PDF-to-Word converter are fine, provided the final documents are accurate and ready to edit.

Deliverables
• One .docx per PDF, named identically to the original file
• Tables centred and cell data correctly placed for the complex files
• Consistent style (fonts, headings, margins) throughout
