Build User Engagement Web App

I need a modern web application that works as a user-engagement platform where every visitor can create and manage their own profile. The core scope right now is the full user-profile flow—registration, secure authentication, profile editing, and a clean dashboard that encourages return visits.

While user profiles are the only must-have for the first release, I’d like the codebase structured so that future add-ons such as an internal messaging system or rich content-sharing modules can be plugged in with minimal refactor.

I’m after:
• A responsive, fast front-end (React, Vue, or similar—happy to hear your recommendation)
• A robust back-end API with clear documentation
• Solid database design that scales gracefully
• Clean, well-commented code pushed to a Git repo I can access throughout the build
• Deployment to a cloud host of our choice and a brief hand-over session

Tech stack is flexible as long as it is current, well-supported, and aligns with best security practices. Please outline your proposed stack, estimated timeline, and any similar projects you have shipped.
