Build Small Electromagnet Prototype

I already have detailed winding diagrams, coil counts, wire gauges, and a full wiring schematic for three compact electromagnets—each under 10 cm in any direction. Your task is to turn these drawings into a tangible proof-of-concept and ship it to me.

The magnets will sit in a custom harness. I’m leaning toward a light alloy or other metal solution, but I’m open to your recommendations once you see the design constraints. All electronic components, fasteners, and raw materials will be reimbursed at cost; please keep receipts.

Power can come from batteries, a small AC supply, or a rechargeable pack—I’m happy with whichever option best matches your workshop setup and meets the performance targets we’ll discuss.

Deliverables
• Three fully wound, insulated, and terminated electromagnets built to the supplied spec
• Matching harness, machined or fabricated to precise dimensions, ready for mounting
• Basic bench test results: resistance, current draw, and pull force at the chosen voltage
• Photos or a short video showing operation prior to shipment
• Secure packaging for safe delivery
