• Set up the tech stack: AI content generation (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney), automation via Zapier/Make, sales funnel, payment gateway, email sequences, analytics.
• Deliver launch-ready branding, landing pages, and a concise go-to-market plan—including paid/organic traffic strategies—to flip the switch and start selling.
• Provide SOPs so the business can scale or be handed off smoothly after launch.

Acceptance criteria
1. A fully functional, client-ownable online asset that is taking payments by Day 30.
2. A documented funnel and automation map showing exactly how AI is used to minimise manual workload.
3. A 90-day growth roadmap that projects the path to £5–10 k/month using realistic KPIs pulled from your earlier successes.
