Build PHP MySQL Vacation Calendar

I need a self-contained vacation calendar built with PHP and MySQL that I can drop into an existing intranet site. The module should show the vacation — Only managers can change it.

Here’s what I expect to receive:
• A MySQL database, PHP, one css, one "setting.php", no js
• database with: datefield arrival, datefield departure, house_id
• days in the past not shown (background lightgrey)
• 12 month in the future ( I like to change it in the setting.php)
• A responsive interface; Bootstrap 5 is acceptable as long as it stays lightweight.
• 5 different colors: available, booked, available/departure same day, available/booked, booked/available.
Once delivered, I should be able to import the SQL, drop the PHP folder on my server, update the connection settings, and have the calendar live in minutes.
