I need a reliable thermal fogger engineered specifically for outdoor insect-control treatments. The unit must generate a consistent, dense fog capable of carrying common pest-control formulations across gardens, patios, and small farm plots.

Key objectives
• Design a portable, fuel-powered or electric heating system that quickly reaches fogging temperature without flame exposure at the nozzle.
• Size the tank and flow-rate so a single fill treats roughly 1,000 m² of open space.
• Select corrosion-resistant materials and seals suitable for oil-based and water-based insecticides.
• Incorporate safety features—automatic shut-off, heat shields, and a stable base—for operator protection in uneven outdoor terrain.
• Provide clear assembly drawings, a full parts list with sourcing options, and a maintenance guide. A working prototype (or detailed manufacturing plan with test data) will be the final milestone.

Helpful extras
If you can model airflow paths in CFD, suggest nozzle geometries to improve droplet size, or integrate modular add-ons for future disinfection use, let me know—those refinements are welcome but secondary.

Deliverables
1. Engineering drawings (CAD format) and exploded views
2. Bill of materials with supplier links
3. Step-by-step assembly and operation manual
4. Performance test report or video of the prototype in action

Experience designing sprayers, ULV or thermal fogging equipment, or similar outdoor pest-control devices is strongly preferred.
