Project Title:
n8n Automation & WhatsApp Business CRM Integration for E-Commerce, Real Estate & Industrial Machinery (White-Label, Prepaid Wallet & cPanel Hosted)
Project Description:
We are looking for an expert n8n Automation Developer & Backend Integration Specialist to build a modular, scalable, and automated client management, order verification, and secure billing ledger for our enterprise automation agency.
The system must seamlessly integrate WhatsApp Business API, Shopify, and Google Sheets / Centralized Database with strict multi-tenant white-labeling, a prepaid wallet deduction mechanism, and deployment on our existing hosting setup.
Key Deliverables & Technical Requirements:
1. Server Setup & Hosting Integration:
- Install and configure n8n (via Docker, Node.js, or cPanel Node.js Selector) on the client's existing purchased Unlimited Hosting account / cPanel.
- Configure proper SSL certificates (Let's Encrypt / cPanel SSL) on subdomains and webhook endpoints to ensure secure communication.
- Note: Access credentials for the hosting server will be provided privately in chat after hiring.
2. n8n Workflow Architecture & Core Logic:
- Build clean, modular, and error-handled n8n workflows.
- Implement automated intent detection to distinguish between 'General Inquiries' and 'Confirmed Orders' or 'Qualified Leads'.
3. Prepaid Wallet & Dynamic Commission Ledger:
- Client Security Advance / Ledger: Maintain a dynamic ledger balance for each client based on their initial security advance deposit.
- Category-Wise Auto-Deductions:
• Small/Medium E-Commerce (PKR 1k - 99k): Auto-deduct flat tier-based commission per confirmed order.
• High-Ticket / Buy-Sell Real Estate / Industrial Machinery (PKR 100k+): Auto-calculate and log a flat 2% of Total Deal Value upon final deal maturity.
• Rental Real Estate: Auto-calculate and log a flat 5% of 1st Month Rent Value upon agreement closure.
- Cancellation & Return Safety: Automatic void/deduction logic if an order status updates to 'Cancelled' or 'Returned' in Shopify/CRM.
- 25% Threshold Reminder: When a client's remaining advance balance hits 25% or below, trigger an automated WhatsApp & Email top-up reminder.
4. Deal Maturity & Handover Rule:
- For real estate and machinery, commission locks immediately upon successful customer handover to the client/salesman. Subsequent client-side sales management is isolated from our system.
5. AI Agent Integration Hook:
- Provide a dedicated AI auto-reply agent node structure.
Note: The complete Master Prompt / Behavior Prompt containing the persona, business rules, and communication standards will be provided separately by us upon successful technical setup, to be pasted directly into the auto-reply node.
6. Security, Compliance & Future Scalability:
- Implement Meta/WhatsApp rate-limiting nodes to prevent account bans.
- Ensure strict multi-tenant data isolation for white-label client safety.
- Design API-ready modular hooks for future payment gateway integrations (HashMove).
Budget Bracket:
- Fixed Budget: PKR 25,000 to 30,000 ($90 - $110 USD). Bids within this range will be prioritized.
