Build My Personal AI Coach

I am looking for an experienced AI coach to help me understand and use modern AI tools confidently. I can learn in English or French, and I prefer live, one-to-one sessions with screen sharing and practical exercises.

I would like to start with the most useful everyday applications: asking effective questions, researching topics, learning new subjects, working with documents and images, creating presentations, and using AI to organise ideas and tasks. I also want to understand what AI can and cannot do, how to check its answers, and how to protect private information.

Please propose a step-by-step learning plan for a beginner who wants to become an independent and capable AI user. I am interested in understanding how to choose between tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot, without needing to learn programming at this stage.

Later, I may want to apply these skills to my work as a civil engineer and property valuer. The initial training should focus on broad, practical AI skills.
