I need a seasoned full-stack developer who can take a B2B SaaS concept from idea to live product. It will be a secure document collection and workflow platform built specifically for lenders and financial services companies. Think of a modern, better alternative to FileInvite.com, with lender-specific document templates and workflows.
The core product allows lenders to create customers, select or create document checklists, and send secure branded requests. Borrowers open a secure link, verify their identity, and upload required documents from desktop or mobile, including taking photos with their phone. Lenders can track progress, review documents, accept/reject or request replacements, communicate with customers, and send automated reminders. I will send you full guide.
You will:
• Build secure multi-tenant organization and user management with role-based permissions
• Build lender dashboard, customer management and document request workflows
• Build a simple mobile-first borrower portal
• Implement secure file uploads, storage, previews, document versioning and malware scanning
• Build document templates, reminders, notifications, messaging and audit logs
• Integrate payment processing and basic subscription/plan management
• Build the backend/API with PostgreSQL and scalable architecture
• Deploy the application to our VPS and provide clean, documented code in GitHub
• Ai capabilities
Security is critical because the platform will handle sensitive financial documents. The architecture must include strong tenant isolation, encryption, secure authentication, signed document URLs and comprehensive audit logging, with future SOC 2 readiness in mind.
The preferred stack is Next.js/React/TypeScript on the frontend, Node.js/TypeScript backend, PostgreSQL, and deployment to the VPS I provide.
Provide links to SaaS products you have previously built. The goal is a clean, modern, intuitive product that lenders can use without training.
The budget for this project is $150.
