Build Modern Service-Booking Website

My startup is gearing up for launch and I need a fully-functional online portal where visitors can browse our services, pick a time slot, pay on the spot, and instantly receive confirmation. The overall look should be modern and clean, with a responsive layout that feels just as smooth on mobile as it does on desktop.

Core functionality
• Appointment scheduling – real-time availability, time-zone aware, and easy rescheduling/cancellation for the user.
• Online payment processing – secure checkout (Stripe, PayPal, or another mainstream gateway), automated receipts, and basic refund handling.

Design direction
A minimal interface, generous white space, and intuitive navigation are important so the booking flow stays front-and-center. Icons, typography, and colour palette should work together to project trust and professionalism without clutter.

Deliverables
1. Complete website (front-end + back-end) deployed to my hosting.
2. Admin dashboard where I can add/edit services, prices, and time slots.
3. Integrated payment gateway running in live mode with test transactions verified.
4. Basic analytics setup (e.g., Google Analytics) so we can track conversions.
5. Documentation covering environment setup, key workflows, and how to update content.

Acceptance criteria
• A new user can load the site, select a service, pick an available slot, pay, and receive confirmation in under three minutes.
• Payment gateway passes a live test charge and returns success/failure messages correctly.
• Mobile view scores 90+ on Google Lighthouse for performance and accessibility.

Tech stack is flexible—whether you prefer WordPress with reliable plugins, a React/Node build, or another solution, just make sure it’s secure, fast, and easy for me to maintain once you hand it over.
