Hello, I need a Jotform recreated for a food pantry. The project must be completed by Wednesday or sooner.
The purpose of the form is to allow individuals to place food pantry orders online while giving our staff an easy way to manage and track submissions.
I would like the following features:
Customer Information: Collect name, email address, phone number, and other necessary information.
Food Selection: Allow individuals to select available food items and quantities.
Automatic Order Confirmation: Send an email when an order is successfully submitted.
Live Submission Dashboard: Allow staff to view and manage orders in real time.
Order Status Tracking: Pending, Preparing, Ready for Pickup, and Completed.
Automatic Pickup Notifications: When staff change an order's status to "Ready for Pickup," an email should automatically be sent notifying the individual that their order is ready.
Pickup Information: Include pickup dates, times, and locations.
Inventory Management: Track available food items and prevent individuals from ordering out-of-stock products, if possible.
Duplicate Order Prevention: Prevent multiple orders from the same individual within a designated period.
Reporting: Allow staff to export order records and track the number of individuals served.
Pickup Confirmation: Include a "Picked Up" button or status that staff can select once an order has been collected.
The form must be mobile-friendly, easy to navigate, and simple for staff to manage
