We are looking for an experienced developer or small team to build a practical first version of an e-commerce platform: a responsive website, Android and iOS mobile apps, and an admin dashboard.
The goal is a clean, easy-to-use V1 that can grow gradually. Please keep the initial implementation focused on the requirements below and avoid unnecessary complexity.
DELIVERABLES
• Responsive customer-facing e-commerce website.
• Android and iOS apps using one shared cross-platform codebase.
• Admin dashboard for managing the business workflow.
• One common backend and database, with products, customers, orders, and payments shared across the website, apps, and admin dashboard.
CUSTOMER FEATURES
• Browse the product catalog and view product details, photos, and videos.
• Submit product customization requests with reference-image uploads, structured measurements, and the required event date.
• Receive and approve quotes for customized orders.
• Cart, checkout, and payment gateway integration. We will arrange the payment gateway separately; the developer is responsible for integrating it.
• View order status and shipment tracking.
ADMIN FEATURES
• Manage products and content, including photo/video uploads and bulk product import.
• Review customization requests, reference images, measurements, and event dates.
• Create and send quotes for customer approval.
• Manage customers, orders, payment status, and the production workflow.
• Update order progress and shipment tracking information.
MARKETING SUPPORT
• Meta Pixel and Google Analytics integration for the website.
• Campaign-link tracking and shareable product URLs.
IMPLEMENTATION AND HANDOVER
• Recommend a suitable technology stack and explain your approach to the shared backend and cross-platform apps.
• Keep V1 minimal and maintainable, with room for later improvements. AI features and elaborate hosting/scaling infrastructure are outside this initial scope.
• Provide the complete source code for the website, mobile apps, backend, and admin dashboard. We must retain full ownership and access to the codebase.
• Include functional testing, bug fixes, setup instructions, and a clear handover so the codebase can be maintained after delivery.
