Part-Time Creative Lead: Scuba & ESL Channels Setup & Monetization (AI-Enabled)

Seeking a versatile, tech-forward Creative & Social Media Lead to build and manage two distinct digital media ecosystems from the ground up:

1. Scuba/Ocean Channel: Edit raw underwater diving footage into engaging short/long-form content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
2. ESL Education Channel: Utilize AI audio/music generation tools (e.g., Suno, Udio) to create vocabulary and learning tracks, and manage distribution across YouTube, Spotify, TikTok, and Instagram.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Edit, format, and package raw video and AI audio assets into platform-ready media.
• Set up brand channels, optimize metadata (titles, tags, descriptions, keywords), and structure layouts.
• Implement organic channel growth and monetization strategies targeting the YouTube Partner Program and platform revenue milestones.
• Leverage AI content tools to maintain high output efficiency and low asset turnarounds.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Demonstrated experience with video editing, social media management, and YouTube monetization setup.
• Proficient with (or ready to heavily leverage) AI tools for creative workflow acceleration.
• Strong self-direction, reliability, and communication skills.
