Build an internal trading desk platform — PostgreSQL + Retool + n8n + Telegram bot

We are a B2B trading company looking for an experienced developer to build an internal pricing platform from an existing, complete technical specification.

The project must be delivered in 7 consecutive working days.

---- Scope
PostgreSQL database (~18 tables) with versioned migrations
Supplier offers and buyer requirements price book
Product alias normalisation
Telegram bot for free-text price entry using LLM extraction, with Confirm / Fix / Discard
Retool app for search, price entry, bulk entry, deals, approvals and admin
Margin rules in PostgreSQL
Audit logging and price history using PostgreSQL triggers
n8n workflows for mailbox capture, Telegram webhook, expiry and nightly digest
LLM extraction tested against 100 real messages with ≥95% accuracy on key fields

--- Required Architecture
PostgreSQL is the only source of truth
Business logic must be in SQL views, functions and triggers
All schema changes must use migration files
Product and grade must use foreign keys
Telegram bot must be a standalone service with tests
Raw inbound messages must be stored before parsing

Strong PostgreSQL: triggers, functions, views and migrations
Retool, including bulk-entry grids
Self-hosted n8n and workflow versioning
Telegram Bot API
LLM structured-data extraction and accuracy testing
