Build AI-Powered Diagnostics SaaS Beta

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to update and extend the beta version of NextStep Diagnostics, an innovative guided diagnostic platform for working appliance technicians. The platform simplifies complex appliance troubleshooting by walking technicians through one-question-at-a-time diagnostics - from verifying the appliance and capturing the complaint to isolating the failure - presented in a clear, field-ready way.

The core product concept, visual identity, landing page, primary UX, and main feature specifications are already established. We are looking for a developer to translate this existing product vision into a functional, improved beta - not to create the product from scratch. The platform will offer both Free and Premium experiences, incorporating advanced diagnostic flows, personalization, and AI-assisted features.

Key responsibilities and tasks for this project include:

React / TypeScript frontend development.

Implementation of user authentication and profile management systems.

Design and implementation of database architecture (appliances, symptoms, diagnostic decision trees, technician accounts).

Integration with AI / LLM APIs to power intelligent features (e.g., guided troubleshooting, fault isolation suggestions).

Development of access control mechanisms for Free vs Premium content and diagnostic paths.

Creation of progress tracking, diagnostic history, and personalization systems.

Integration of Stripe for subscription management.

Development of a responsive UI compatible with both desktop and mobile devices (field use).

Accurate implementation of provided mockups and detailed specifications.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience with Supabase, SaaS applications, field-service or diagnostics platforms, dashboards, or AI-powered solutions. We value clear communication, strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a preference for milestone-based work.

We have already prepared:

Comprehensive branding and a design system.
A functional landing page.
A defined Free/Premium product structure.
Detailed user flows (verify appliance → capture complaint → isolate failure).
Extensive functional documentation.
Complete mockups and visual references.
A clear scope for the beta version.
