Build AI Executive Office System

AI EXECUTIVE OFFICE - THREE-STAGE BUILD PLAN

PROJECT OBJECTIVE
I want to progressively build an AI Executive Office that helps manage three separate areas of my life:
1. Business
2. Property / Rental Portfolio
3. Personal Affairs

Each of these areas will ultimately operate like its own small organisation with a team of specialised AI employees. For example, rather than having one AI attempting to do everything, my Business may ultimately have:

AI Operations Manager
AI Accountant / Financial Analyst
AI Communications Specialist (AI Marketing & Social Media Officer)
AI HR / Staff Administration Officer
AI Procurement / Supplier Officer

Above all three teams will be a central:

AI CHIEF OF STAFF

The Chief of Staff is the main AI I interact with.

Its role is to know what is happening across all three areas, coordinate the specialist AI employees and tell me what requires my attention.
The project should therefore be built progressively in three stages.
