Bubble Equipment Rental Booking Platform

I’m creating a mobile-first rental platform in Bubble that lets visitors reserve furniture, vehicles, and other equipment in a single, seamless flow. Every catalogue item—complete with photos, specs, live stock count, and dynamic pricing—needs to appear beautifully on phones first, then scale up for larger screens.

Shoppers will pick an exact start and end date/time, and the system must instantly calculate availability and cost. Some products are offered only as pre-defined bundles, so the availability logic has to treat those bundles as a single unit and block out stock accordingly.

At checkout, customers can pay the booking deposit through either Stripe or PayPal; the balance will be collected later through the same gateway. An on-screen confirmation plus an automated email receipt should fire as soon as the deposit succeeds.

For day-to-day management I need a straightforward dashboard where I can:
• Add or edit inventory (including bundle definitions)
• Set blackout dates or override pricing on the fly
• Review every reservation in one place

Fast load times, clean UI built with Bubble’s new responsive engine, and well-structured data workflows are critical. When we wrap up, I’ll need the complete Bubble project, brief deployment notes, and a short hand-over call so I can run and extend the app myself.
