We are looking for an experienced **browser automation/RPA developer** who can take ownership of a one-time migration involving approximately 4,800+ saved real estate searches from Google Sheets into the myRealPage IDX platform.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with **Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer, Python and/or JavaScript**, as well as experience reading and updating data in **Google Sheets**.
You should be comfortable automating authenticated web applications, navigating dynamic forms, selecting values from search interfaces, handling conditional workflows, and processing thousands of records reliably.
This project requires more than simply creating a script that clicks through a website. We need someone who understands how to build reliable automation that includes:
- Duplicate prevention
- Error handling and retry logic
- Checkpoint/resume functionality
- Processing and status logging
- Multiple records/searches belonging to the same user
- Conditional workflows based on what already exists in the account
- Handling exceptions without stopping the entire migration
- Identifying failed records for manual review
Experience with **real estate platforms, IDX systems, CRM migrations or similar large-scale browser automation projects** would be an advantage, but is not required.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously automated data entry or migration into websites that **do not provide a suitable API**, requiring the automation to interact with the website in much the same way a human user would.
The successful candidate should be able to review our Google Sheet and myRealPage workflow, recommend the most reliable technical approach, complete a small paid test of approximately 20–25 searches, and then complete the full 4,800+ search migration if the test is successful.
**This is a one-time project, not an ongoing position.**
