Bring Childhood Photos Alive

I have around twenty-five treasured photos from my father’s childhood that I’d like to see come to life. Your task is to use an AI-driven workflow to give each person in the images realistic, lifelike movements—little head turns, a quick smile, maybe a gentle laugh—while keeping the backgrounds quite still. I’m supplying high-resolution scans plus a short reference video so you can match the look and pacing I have in mind.
Here’s the flow I’m imagining:
• Animate each photo with natural, realistic motion only on the people; no cartoon effects and no background enhancements.
• Sequence the finished clips into a cohesive 5–10 minute video, adding simple fades or cross-dissolves so the story feels smooth.
• Incorporate tasteful music if you think it helps, otherwise leave room for me to add audio later. I was thinking of songs from the BeeGees - if you think it fits but open for suggestions.
I’m open to your creative choices on exactly which gestures or expressions suit each image, as long as they feel authentic. Tools such as D-ID, Runway, Photoshop Generative Fill, After Effects, or similar AI animation solutions are fine—use whatever lets you deliver crisp, artifact-free HD (1080p or better) output.
Timeline is tight: I’d like first previews within a week and the final mastered video, plus each individual animated file, no later than 10 days from project start.
Deliverables for sign-off:
1. 25 individual animated clips (MP4 or MOV)
2. One compiled 5–10 minute video (MP4, H.264, 1080p+)
3. Project source files or presets so I can revisit the work later
If this sounds doable on the schedule, let’s get started—I’m excited to see these memories in motion.
