Brazilian Private Certificate Keystore

I need a seasoned security professional to create a fully-functional private certificate keystore that complies with Brazilian standards and best practices. The scope is simple: supply a password-protected keystore file (JKS or PKCS#12—whichever you recommend for maximum compatibility) containing my private key and corresponding certificate chain, then walk me through how to import or deploy it on my side.
