Branded PDF Payroll Stub Design

I need professionally laid-out check stubs delivered as ready-to-print PDFs. Each stub must carry my company’s logo and basic branding elements so they look consistent with our other documents.

Content requirements
• Gross and net pay rate for the period
• Full tax and deduction breakdown (federal, state, Social Security, Medicare, any voluntary deductions)
• Company information alongside the logo

I will supply employee pay data and the logo files; you handle the formatting, calculations, and final PDF generation. Please build the layout so I can reuse it for future payroll cycles—an unlocked template in Excel or Word that feeds the PDF output is fine as long as the finished files you deliver are PDFs.
