Brand Awareness Survey Design

I’m looking for an experienced researcher to create and set up an online survey that measures brand awareness. The study must zero in on how respondents perceive our product’s usability, design, and performance, so every question should map clearly to one of those three pillars.

The finished survey needs to feel quick—no more than five minutes to complete—yet still deliver statistically useful insights. I’d like a balanced mix of scaled, multiple-choice, and a few short open-ended questions, all written in neutral, non-leading language. You may build it in SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, Typeform, or any comparable platform you’re comfortable with; mobile-friendly formatting is essential.

Deliverables:
• Draft survey document for review, showing question wording and logic
• Live, tested survey link on the agreed platform
• Brief hand-off notes explaining how I can monitor responses and export the data

Acceptance criteria: survey flows correctly on desktop and mobile, completion time stays under five minutes, and each question cleanly addresses either usability, design, or performance while serving the overall brand-awareness goal.
