Boundary Survey for New Build

I need a licensed California land surveyor to carry out a complete property boundary survey on my residential lot. The goal is to verify lot lines before I submit plans for a new garage/addition that will sit close to the setback.

Scope of work
You will locate and verify existing monuments, establish any that are missing, shoot bearings and distances, and tie the survey to a known control point. A brief site walk-through with me is preferred so I can flag the planned building footprint and any access constraints.

Deliverables
• Stamped boundary map that satisfies county plan-check standards (PDF + two paper copies)
• AutoCAD/DWG and GIS-readable files of all points and linework
• Clearly flagged corner markers placed on site
• Written legal description suitable for the permit package

Acceptance criteria
• Map signed and sealed by a California-licensed PLS
• All parcel corners monumented or referenced in place
• Electronic files match hard-copy drawings and are georeferenced
