Booth Attendants for Tracy Expo

On November 7, 2026, I will be exhibiting at a one-day trade show in Tracy, CA and need a few reliable freelancers to serve as booth attendants. Your main focus will be welcoming visitors as they approach, answering basic questions about our display, and making sure every guest leaves with an informative handout and a positive impression.

Because the event is fast-paced, prior customer-service experience is important—you should feel comfortable initiating friendly conversation and staying upbeat throughout the day. Industry knowledge or multilingual skills are a bonus but not required this time.

• Venue: outdoor convention space in Mountain House/Tracy, CA (exact address provided after confirmation)
• Date & time: Saturday, Nov 7 2026, roughly 9 a.m.-5 p.m. including setup and breakdown
• Dress code: business-casual, branded polo provided on site

Deliverables
1. Arrive on-time, ready to work the full shift
2. Greet every passerby, offer a quick overview of our service
3. Provide sampling of the product
4. Help keep the booth tidy and inviting until closing
