Boost ProductReview Ratings

My brand’s reputation on ProductReview.com.au has slipped and I want to turn that narrative around by building a steady stream of genuine, positive feedback. The assignment centres only on reviews—no SEO or broader public-relations work, so your expertise in reputation management, community outreach, and ethical review generation is crucial.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Audit the current ProductReview profile and highlight key issues dragging the overall score down.
• Design and execute a realistic strategy to encourage authentic purchasers to share their positive experiences (no fake or incentivised posts that could violate site policy).
• Keep the momentum going with a calendar that ensures reviews arrive consistently over the next few months, not in one suspicious burst.
• Provide concise weekly reports outlining reviews gained, star-rating movement, and next steps.

Familiarity with the ProductReview.com.au platform guidelines, Australian consumer law, and industry best practices for online reputation management will help you hit the ground running. Let me know your approach, expected timeline for noticeable improvement, and any clarification you require so we can restore confidence in the brand as quickly and credibly as possible.
