I’ve just relaunched www.kauseyah.com and, while the traffic is slowly returning, I can see that we lose visitors on our product pages long before they reach the checkout. My priority is to turn those curious clicks into confident purchases without losing the warmth and authenticity of our handlooms, crafts, and contemporary tribal-inspired designs.
Here’s what I’m hoping you can help me accomplish:
• Refresh the product pages so that every item has the right mix of crisp photography, precise sizing, material details, and a touch of narrative about the artisan who made it.
• Streamline the customer journey from product page to checkout—clean layouts, intuitive calls to action, and mobile-first tweaks are all welcome.
• Infuse the site with engaging maker stories and subtle trust-building cues (social proof, packaging previews, delivery expectations) that reassure first-time shoppers.
You don’t need decades of experience—curiosity, empathy for our makers, and a feel for e-commerce UX count for more. If you dabble in on-page SEO, A/B testing, or lightweight CRO tools, even better; I’m open to whatever scrappy tactics help us learn fast and iterate.
I’ll provide full access to existing product images, brand assets, and background on each craft cluster. Together we’ll agree on a test plan, track the metrics that matter (add-to-cart rate, bounce rate, and ultimately sales), and celebrate every small win for our artisans.
If working hands-on with an independent brand and seeing your ideas go live quickly excites you, let’s talk.
