Boost Google Reviews

I’d like help turning more of our happy customers into vocal advocates on Google. At the moment we do not have a structured review-generation system, so I’m looking for a freelancer who can design and implement a clear, compliant process that steadily lifts our average rating and volume of reviews.

The ideal approach will:
• Stay 100 % within Google’s policies—no fake or incentivised feedback.
• Fit smoothly into our existing customer journey, whether that means simple email or SMS follow-ups, QR codes at point-of-sale, or an automated drip campaign tied to our CRM.
• Include copywriting for the outreach messages and any on-page prompts.
• Provide a way to monitor progress (dashboards, weekly reports, or similar) so we see how many requests were sent and how many reviews were posted.
• Offer training or a short guide so staff can keep the process running once the initial setup is complete.
