Boost Builder AI Search Visibility

My building company already ranks reasonably well in traditional local search, yet when users ask the new answer-style engines who to trust for “new home builds,” we appear far less often than competitors. I want to close that gap and become the name these platforms return first.

The priority is clear: enhance both GEO (local/Google Entity Optimisation) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) so that Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity all surface us more frequently and more persuasively. The focus service category is “new home builds”; I am not targeting renovations or commercial fit-outs at this stage.

I will supply full access to our current site, Google Business Profile, existing schema markup, and any brand assets you need. From there, I expect you to:

• Audit our current entity signals, on-page SEO, and content structure specifically through an AEO lens.
• Create or refine structured data (FAQ, How-To, LocalBusiness, etc.) that feeds Google AI Overviews clean, unambiguous answers.
• Develop concise, authoritative answer snippets and knowledge-graph-friendly content about our new-build expertise that can be cited verbatim by ChatGPT and Perplexity.
• Strengthen local entity prominence—citations, reviews, mapping consistency—so GEO factors reinforce the AEO work.
• Provide a short before-and-after visibility report, showing appearance frequency or citation gain across the three target platforms for agreed-upon test questions (e.g., “Who is the best new home builder near me?”).

Acceptance criteria: at least one measurable improvement in answer frequency or citation count on each of Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity within four weeks of implementation.
