Book Translation: English to Spanish

I have a complete English-language manuscript that now needs to reach readers in Spanish. Your task is to deliver a full, polished translation ready for public release. The target register is a neutral Spanish that feels equally natural in Spain, Latin America, and anywhere in between. When it comes to names, locations, idioms, and other culture-specific references, I’d like you to judge each instance on its own merit—sometimes preserving the original, other times adapting—always with the author’s intent foremost.

What I will hand over:
• The final English manuscript in editable Word format, plus a brief style sheet that explains recurring terminology and tone.

What I expect back:
• A complete Spanish manuscript, laid out in the same structure and formatting as the original.
• Thorough self-proofreading so spelling, grammar, punctuation, and stylistic consistency are publication-ready.
• A short change log noting any passages where significant adaptation was required.

You should already have experience translating long-form works and be comfortable maintaining voice, pacing, and nuance across hundreds of pages. Familiarity with CAT tools is welcome but not mandatory; the priority is accuracy, flow, and consistency.
