Book Paragraph Data Entry

I have a complete manuscript in a single Word document and I need the text lifted out and organised in Excel. Every paragraph should occupy its own row so I can later tag and analyse the content. The job is purely data-entry—no rewriting or editing required—just an accurate copy-paste (or script) that preserves all punctuation, line breaks, italics and other inline formatting where possible.

Deliverable
• One Excel spreadsheet with each paragraph in a separate row, presented in the original order of the book.
