I need a fresh, bold and eye-catching brochure that will instantly sell our product/service. The piece should strike the right balance between compelling copy and strong visuals, so readers absorb key benefits at a glance and still have enough detail if they linger on the page.

Here is what I have in mind:
• A balanced mix of concise, persuasive text blocks and high-impact images I will supply (or you can suggest better stock if it fits the concept).
• Full-colour, print-ready artwork plus a web-optimised PDF for email distribution.
• Professional layout in Adobe InDesign or Illustrator with clearly organised layers so my in-house team can tweak minor items later.
• Up to two creative concepts to choose from and reasonable revision rounds on the selected option until it feels perfect.

Once we approve the final design, please package the files (editable source, print PDF, and any linked images or fonts) and include simple usage guidelines so we can stay on-brand in future editions.
