DUTIES:
1. To perform tasks relevant to field of competence and liaise with other stakeholders.
2. To serve in a directorship position with non-executive powers including voting, directly
or via proxy, in all strategic, tactical and operational policies.
3. To approve budgets and designate signatories for bank accounts.
4. To uphold the Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association, Terms and
Conditions, including confidentiality and non-solicitation, all provided on the website.
5. To ensure compliance with statutory obligations of respective jurisdictions including filing annual records and fees required by United Kingdom and other governments.
REQUIREMENTS: Relevant achievements, education, experience, hardships surmounted, etc.
REMUNERATION: USD 10 per hour or more accrued and invoiced subject to income from Donors and Subscription Members.
