We are looking for an experienced corporate trainer to deliver instructor-led training on BlueCat Micetro DDI. The trainer must have strong hands-on experience in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting Micetro environments.
Training Topics
The training should include:
DDI fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, and IPAM
BlueCat Micetro architecture and components
Installation and configuration of Micetro Central, web application, and agents
Adding and managing DNS and DHCP services
IP address management, ranges, subnets, and address spaces
DNS zones, records, forwarding, and delegation
DHCP scopes, reservations, options, failover, and lease management
Microsoft DNS and DHCP integration
BIND, ISC DHCP, or Kea integration, where applicable
Users, roles, permissions, and role-based access control
Workflows, approvals, custom properties, auditing, and reporting
High availability, backup, recovery, upgrades, and maintenance
Troubleshooting common Micetro, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM issues
Micetro REST API and automation fundamentals
Practical demonstrations and hands-on laboratory exercises
Operational best practices and real-world use cases
Trainer Requirements
The preferred trainer should have:
Proven hands-on experience with BlueCat Micetro, formerly Men&Mice
Strong knowledge of enterprise DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and DDI architecture
Previous corporate-training or technical knowledge-transfer experience
Experience with Microsoft DNS/DHCP and Active Directory environments
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to conduct live demonstrations and practical lab exercises
Experience delivering virtual or onsite corporate training
Relevant BlueCat, networking, cloud, Microsoft, or DDI certifications would be an advantage
Expected Deliverables
The selected trainer will be required to provide:
A detailed and revised Table of Contents
Recommended training duration and daily schedule
Instructor-led training sessions
Presentation materials and participant reference documents
Hands-on exercises and lab guidance
Knowledge assessments or practical assignments
Session recordings, if mutually agreed
Post-training support for participant questions for an agreed period
Certificate of participation, if available
