We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Technology / Blockchain Management Trainer to deliver a 45-hour training program for undergraduate students at Kristu Jayanti College, Bengaluru.

### Trainer Requirements
The candidate should have:
* Strong practical knowledge of Blockchain Technology
* Good understanding of Bitcoin, cryptocurrency and mining
* Knowledge of PoW and PoS
* Understanding of Smart Contracts
* Familiarity with Hyperledger
* Understanding of IPFS and NFTs
* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to undergraduate students
* Good classroom communication and presentation skills
* Prior academic or corporate training experience is preferred
Experience with **Ethereum, Solidity, Hyperledger Fabric, Web3 or blockchain-based applications** will be an advantage.
### Student Activities
The trainer will also guide students through curriculum-related activities such as:
* Case study on blockchain mining, cryptocurrency and mining pools
* Discussion on blockchain integrity
* Student presentation on blockchain applications and digital asset management
