Blender NOOR Character Likeness Refinement

I already have a fully rigged Blender file for NOOR, my interactive-healthcare AI avatar, but her face and body still need that last push toward true realism. Your task is to re-sculpt and re-topologise only where required so the model matches our photo references as closely as possible, without breaking the current facial-control or body-animation setup.
Face
The brief is holistic: every facial zone—from eyes and nose through lips, cheeks, jaw-line and cranial silhouette—must read as the same real woman. Feel free to iterate on topology or add corrective shapes; I simply need a convincing likeness that will hold up in close-ups, speech and expressive poses.
Body
All proportions need attention. Please refine chest, shoulders, arms, wrists, hands, fingers, hips, legs, feet and toes so they flow anatomically and match a 165 cm, 65 kg woman. The existing skeleton should remain usable; if you must adjust weights or bone placement, document the changes so my coders can update their animation calls.
Skin & materials
Update skin tone, micro-detail (pores, subtle wrinkles) and shader response so she behaves naturally under varied HDRI and studio lighting.
Deliverables
• Editable .blend file with revised geometry, UVs, textures, materials and any new normal/displacement maps
• Front, profile, rear and three-quarter comparison renders in flat-grey and shaded modes
• Short turntable + facial expression test to show deformations remain clean
Workflow & milestones
1. Facial likeness approved first
2. Body refinement & anatomy pass
3. Final polish, demo renders and file hand-off
When you reply, link to past realistic human characters—likeness projects are the most persuasive—outline your method, timeline, and separate fixed prices for face and full-body phases. Flag any paid add-ons or outsourced scans before work begins.
My priority is a believable NOOR in the viewport, not just pretty stills. If that challenge excites you, let’s talk.
