I’m building a reusable Blazor WebAssembly SPA template for business projects and need a seasoned .NET 8 developer to turn my specification into a clean, pluggable starter kit.

What I need built:
• HTML/CSS Template layout for Blazor – header, left/right panels, main body and footer, wired for light / dark switching. Only sample placeholder content is necessary so the focus stays on the template and left/right and scrollable mechanics.
• Static values replaced by tokens – every colour, font or spacing value must be expressed as a placeholder such as «HeavyValidationAccent». A single JSON file will hold the real values so that swapping themes is a simple file change.
• Demo application – at dev or run-time the app should read the JSON, replace the tokens with the JSON values and reflecting the styling. I’d like to demonstrate both a black-on-white and white-on-black scheme plus a quick edit (for example a new accent colour) to prove live re-theming works. Grey scale is required. Colour tones/accents not necessary.

Sample content focus:
The demo should showcase general form and a few non-interactive, basic data entry elements. Include:
– Input fields and buttons
– Dropdowns and checkboxes
– A simple data grid / table

Tech stack & approach:
C# .NET 8 or 10.
Operationally/hosting environment is Linux.
Stick with pure WASM Blazor (not server)
Standard HTML/CSS.
Just enough code to toggle the Light/Dark theme.
Keep the code organised so future code generated pages can inherit the layout without too much modification or hassle.

Once awarded I’ll share a detailed technical document.
