I’m rolling out a new, invitation-only space where biomedical and health researchers can share fresh findings, network with peers and uncover collaboration opportunities, including help with day-to-day experimental and biomedical research problems. Your role is to make the community feel alive from day one.
What you’ll do
• Greet every new member personally, setting a welcoming tone.
• Seed weekly discussion threads, polls or AMAs that spark knowledge exchange and cross-discipline dialogue.
• Spot and invite high-value researchers who can answer questions and keep conversations substantive.
• Compile a concise engagement snapshot at the end of each week so we know what worked and what needs tweaking.
What you bring
• Formal background in life-science, pharma or MBBS; you’re fluent in the language of bench work and clinical research.
• Hands-on experience growing an online community or researcher network from scratch.
• The discipline to check in on a weekly cadence while still keeping momentum between touchpoints.
How to be considered
Send a profile or CV plus two punchy lines describing a community you’ve built and the metric you’re proudest of (growth rate, retention, or engagement spike).
Tools and platforms are flexible—whether LinkedIn Groups, a purpose-built forum or something else, we’ll align on what best serves scientists’ needs—but the mission is clear: turn first-time visitors into returning contributors.
