Your main mission is to track each order from the moment the client writes to us until the package is safely in their hands, jumping in to fix any hiccups that appear along the way. Quick, friendly replies are essential, and accuracy when confirming references, addresses, and delivery details is non-negotiable.
To make it crystal clear, here’s what you’ll be doing day-to-day:
• Follow up on every order: confirm details, update status, and keep the client informed.
• Resolve incidents fast, whether it’s a missing payment confirmation, a delayed courier, or a delivery question.
If you’re comfortable switching instantly between Spanish and English, know your way around WhatsApp Business (or similar), and thrive on keeping customers happy, let’s talk.
