I need a Brazilian-born male interviewer who can switch effortlessly between English and Portuguese while screening applicants for several Technical / IT positions. Your job is to run first-round video calls, dig into each candidate’s technical depth, and at the same time gauge how comfortably they communicate in both languages.
What you will actually do
• Host 20–30 minute interviews on Zoom or Google Meet, following a question set I’ll provide and adding your own probing follow-ups when necessary.
• Keep the conversation balanced: part in English, part in Portuguese, so I can later judge bilingual fluency as well as technical fit.
• Take concise notes during the call and submit a one-page evaluation immediately afterward that scores technical knowledge, communication clarity, and overall attitude.
Success looks like this
1. Every candidate receives the same core questions and a fair chance to showcase skills.
2. I receive your written summary within two hours of each session.
3. Your feedback is detailed enough that I can decide who moves to the next stage without needing to re-interview.
Tools you should already be comfortable with: Zoom or Google Meet recording, shared Google Docs for notes, and basic spreadsheet tracking.
If you’re an experienced interviewer, fluent in both languages, and confident assessing developers, network engineers, or similar profiles, let’s set up a quick call so I can walk you through the script and schedule.
